The Fresh Perspectives Youth Curatorial Training Program, organized by Seattle Public Utilities and the Office of Arts & Culture, was a program for nominated youth to develop curatorial skills. In connection with 7 other youths, the Seattle Municipal Tower Gallery was curated with arts administrators, handlers, and organizers for the city of Seattle's art collection.
